Sami Houerbi is the founding partner of Houerbi law firm, where he developed a recognized expertise in the fields of dispute resolution, arbitration, international contracts, international sale of goods, as well as construction and technical installation.
He acted as consultant of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC and was in charge of raising awareness about Dispute Resolution mechanisms throughout the Mediterranean, Middle East and Africa and promoting ICC Arbitration and Mediation.
